You lose freesync and black equalizer on the new Q60T, from last years Q60R.I couldn’t be happier. This model is very poorly designed, and cheaply made .This is a VA Panel, with backlighting. It would give me access to my Comcast channels without running coax to the bedroom or being gouged for more money by Comcast. The brightness adjust automatically depending in the room.I ended up switching to 2019’s Series 8 by Samsung, which doubles performance on this TV, double refresh rate at 120 hz, 5 more inches and just an all around better TV for less money. This is a great TV for the money. All of that does not matter.I wish I would have gone with TLC again.Spent 2 hours on the phone with Samsung to be told that they don’t know what’s wrong with it.This is also true of the 2018 QLEDs from Samsung which produced amazing pictures.I don’t understand people giving it bad reviews.Beautiful picture.Same just cheaper but also it’s picture quality is not great and the sound is terrible. No picture!!!As you can see from the product when you hold up the plastic you can see the picture but not without it.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/91-DdqJ6VpS.The picture quality on the Q60T is okay, but not great.I used the same picture settings as my larger QLED and the 43 inch looks almost the same.
Seems like quality has certainly declined since then.com/images/I/91cpZ0cUmrS.I was concerned about the ratings on Amazon because all the latest ratings said the TV was garbage quality. The specs that were removed are also not essential, but added bonuses.Could be a little brighter, but picture is clear and crisp. The colors and overall contrast are just stunning, sound and bass are exceptional , i got this Tv for the PS5 and i can’t wait, please Use 4k HDMI for the FULL 4k experience , if you don’t have one they are super cheap so just make the additional purchase thank me later. Not included with the TV, and not included with the mounting bracket that was promoted as “often purchased together.Night or moody scenes completely went to black. However, who would have ever thought you receive a brand new TV and the remote control cannot be opened in order to install the batteries. The edge LED lighting isn’t noticeable in the content we’re watching. We bought this to replace a 4 year-old Samsung TV whose picture was beginning to have problems.Very bright in well lit rooms.I have been using it for 3 weeks and have been pleased with the picture quality and functionality.Samsung next tv goes to qd oled. If you have a window near by you will see the reflection very bad In the screen.I am a Samsung fan but bought this one because it was a 58 inch and the largest i could use in my wall unit.It was my only option as I had to fit it inside a built in in my den .The remote is pretty stupid and seems like a ploy to get you to spend money on a separate remote… but I feel like I paid way too much to be locked into only the content that Samsung decides I should have access to.
To me samsung still lives up to its name and we are very happy to get this new 55″ one.Extremely disappointed with this TV, my three year old Samsung 4K TVs have better picture quality than this new unit. Our grandchildren couldn’t wait to connect their Xboxes to it! Only regret is not making the purchase sooner! Wish I could give 10 stars since my expectations are far exceeded! Still can’t believe the deal I got on it either… HDR is bad on this TV on Xbox One X and Netflix.Samsung has the best technology on the planet. It’s hard to choose one!– super easy to use Bluetooth connectivity– remembers where I was if I turn it off – turns on my PS4 for me if I switch to it – remote is small and easy to use, not too many buttons– cool animation when it turns it on and off– love the HDR, just lovely to look at for gaming content. All other available apps are excellent as well.I feel duped by Samsung on that one as the decision to not support Q-Symphony on the 50″ Q Series TVs seems arbitrary. It just won’t allow what should be a simple pass-through operation! Additionally, the tv will go in and out of HD and there doesn’t seem to be a way to manually adjust it and force it to display in HD.I returned it and bought the comparable Sony 43 inch.Set up was simple and once fired up the remote easily got me navigated and set up.Side view not as good as I expected. But what I see and hear once I labor through the designed-in poor access, I am very happy with.ssl-images-amazon.I live about 50 miles from city and get plenty of channels with GE Stealth Antenna fed into amplifier fed to Samsung TV.I missed the return for any reason by 1 week, and that return was for only 30 days, by the way… TV went black and now when power button is pressed, the screen flashes blue then goes black again.Wonderful picture quality , super easy set up and great sound.Viewing angle worse than 5 year old Visio flat screen. Controller is really made of a poor quality, the TV itself is made of poor quality, even though we ended up paying well over a thousand dollars for the 65 inch model.
